Mike, Nikki, and I went to see Cirque du Soleil's Saltimbanco today.

It was the third time I have seen Cirque du Soleil. Mike and Nikki had never seen them before. A wonderful time was had by all. Nikki said she enjoyed it greatly. Mike said it restored his faith in humanity and made him want to be nice to people. It made me wish that more people acted like that on a regular basis instead of just in the context of a performance, and it also made me want to make fancy costumes. I need a sewing machine for that, though.

Also, for those of you who aren't in the loop, I went to Massachusetts for my birthday this past week. I have only been back since Thursday, and already it seems like it has been such a long time. It was good to see everyone, but it was particularly nice to see Adam, Korric, Frank, Sheela, Berecca, Josh, and Chris.

I am 25 years old now.

The first five people to respond to this post will get something made by me! My choice. For you.

This offer does have some restrictions and limitations:
- I make no guarantees that you will like what I make!
- What I create will be just for you.
- It'll be done this year.
- You have no clue what it's going to be. It may be a story. It may be poetry. I may draw or paint something. I may bake you something and mail it to you. Who knows? Not you, that's for sure!
- I reserve the right to do something extremely strange.

The catch? Oh, the catch is that you have to put this in your journal as well. We all can make stuff!

So, I have a gay lover now. Or something. Whatever you want to call it.

Remember that awesome karaoke DJ I mentioned a few weeks back? The really friendly one?

So, he's really friendly. And I knew that. Mike and I hadn't been to karaoke pretty much at all since I made that post up until last week. The DJ (I think his name is Dannon) seemed very pleased to see me again, but this wasn't surprising at all. What WAS a little more surprising was his degree of friendliness toward me this past Tuesday. After the first song I performed, he hugged me and kissed my hand. This surprised me a little, but he's done that before. After my next song, he kissed me on the cheek. After my third song, he squeezed me really tightly AND kissed me on the cheek. Then, while someone else was singing, he asked me to dance with him. NOBODY in my ENTIRE LIFE has ever asked me to slow dance with them before. EVER.

So, yeah. Whatever you want to call that. I'm baffled, and he told me I'm awesome. If only I really had a penis.

Anyway, here's a very poor quality video of me singing "Talk Dirty To Me" by Poison. It was my last song of the night. Not visible in the video is... well... just about everything. However, you also can't see the part where I announced that I was dedicating the song to him. XD But you can sort of see me, and you can almost see him, and you can probably at least tell what's going on. Also, I have had a cold for the past week, so none of you should complain if my voice cracks while I am singing.

Update on my hopefully impending trip to Massachusetts!

Okay guys.
So, I'm still trying to get the money together so I can get to Massachusetts for my birthday.

On that note, I would like greatmanly to know that I plan to make good on my end of the deal and love her forever for her contribution, especially since she isn't even IN Massachusetts.

So, I currently have $25 specifically allocated for the trip, but I need about $200 more if I fly alone, and then I will require a ride to and from the Hartford airport, as well as rides hither, thither, and yon unless I find somewhere to crash in Northampton proper. If I get another $450ish together somehow, I should be able to bring Michael with me, and the money would pay for two round-trip tickets AND a rental car, so I wouldn't need rides. That said, we'd still need a place to sleep.

So there's the update on that.

My birthday is coming up in a little over a month, and I would like to go to Massachusetts for a few days to be reunited with my friends and the rest of humanity.

If you live in Western Massachusetts and/or would like to be in Western Massachusetts to see me some time around February 11th and/or would like to donate to the cause, this may be your chance!

If you want to donate money to make the trip possible, I will love you forever!

Merry Christmas to all of you who celebrate it!

If you don't celebrate it, I hope whatever you celebrated was happy!

If you don't celebrate anything ever, screw you. You probably have a very sad life.
